Lulu was found as a stray but no home could be found. A neighbor threatened to shoot her so we were called. She is not a basset hound in any way, shape, or form but needs a home nonetheless. She has charmed the kennel workers who have come in contact with her so she is definitely people-friendly! She is said to be housebroken and loves to play. Needs a home with lots of energy!
